Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: 17 September 2026
We want everyone to be able to use QRiva — to read about it, sign up, and make codes, pages and forms — whatever device, settings or assistive technology they use.
Our goal
We aim for the QRiva website and app to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement covers the website at qr-iva.com and the QRiva app.
It's the standard we build and test against. Where we fall short, we say so below and work on it.
How we check
Before we release changes, we check them:
- Automated checks with axe against WCAG level A and AA rules, including colour contrast, on the website, the app and the pages customers publish.
- Screen-reader walkthroughs of headings, landmarks and the names of links, buttons and fields.
- Keyboard testing: every control can be reached and used without a mouse, with a visible focus ring.
Automated tools don't find everything, so we also fix what people tell us about.
What's built in
On every page of the website and the app:
- Headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link, so screen reader and keyboard users can move around quickly.
- A light and a dark look that follow your system setting.
- Less movement when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and when you zoom in.
Known limitations
We know about these and are working on the ones in our hands:
- Pages, business cards, forms and product passports published with QRiva are made by our customers. We give them accessible building blocks, such as a description field for images, but whether their content is clear and their images are described depends on what each business adds.
- Payment, invoices and the billing portal are pages run by Stripe, our payment provider, and follow Stripe's own accessibility work.
- Some analytics charts in the app describe what they show but don't yet give every value as text.
- The Accessibility menu is part of this website. Inside the app, use your browser and system settings.
Report a problem
If something on QRiva is hard or impossible to use, please tell us. Include the page's address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you use.
We aim to reply within 5 working days. If you need something from a page in a different format, ask and we'll help.
About this statement
This statement is published by RH COMMODITIES, the company behind QRiva. We review it when the website or app changes in a way that affects it.
