Built for the places where people scan.

Real customer stories appear here once customers have approved them. Until then, these examples show how different kinds of business can use QRiva today.

Customer stories

The first stories are being written.

QRiva has just launched, so we won't fill this page with invented logos or quotes. When customers share their results with us, you'll read them here — in their words, with their approval.

How each kind of business can use QRiva

Examples, not customers: each describes features that exist in the app today.

  • Example

    Restaurants and cafés

A café puts a code on every table. It opens a menu page with a rating and a booking form, and each table shows up separately in the numbers.

    What they'd set up

    • A menu page built from blocks, updated without reprinting
    • A campaign with one QR code per table, window and counter
    • Bookings land in the leads inbox with an owner and a follow-up
  • Example

    Retail and products

A roaster prints one GS1 Digital Link code on every bag. It opens a product passport with materials, origin, care and recycling, and a single batch can point to its own notice.

    What they'd set up

    • Products imported from a spreadsheet, one passport per GTIN
    • A batch-level page for a recall notice, while every other batch keeps the normal page
    • Print-ready code files for the packaging designer
  • Example

    Events

An organiser runs the “Capture leads at an event” goal: an event page, a lead form, a code for each stand and a results page to share afterwards.

    What they'd set up

    • One goal wizard creates the page, form, campaign and short link together
    • New leads are tagged, assigned in turn and given a follow-up date
    • A read-only results link for sponsors, with an expiry date
  • Example

    Agencies

An agency runs each client in its own workspace, reuses templates from a shared library, sends white-labelled reports and hands the workspace over when the project ends.

    What they'd set up

    • Client workspaces inside one organisation
    • A client role that sees everything and approves, but changes nothing else
    • A handover link that makes the client the owner
  • Example

    Sales teams

A sales team uses a company card template with locked fields. New starters get a card on day one, and when someone leaves, their card forwards to the company page.

    What they'd set up

    • Cards created in bulk from a CSV, with invitations
    • E-mail signatures and a meeting background with a scannable code
    • Details people share go to the inbox with a consent record
