Questions
Billing questions
How does billing work?
Plans are priced per workspace. Pay monthly, or pay yearly and get two months free. Payments are processed by Stripe, so QRiva never sees your card number.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT, and VAT is added where it applies based on your billing details.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens to my printed codes if I downgrade or cancel?
They keep working. Every dynamic code keeps resolving on every plan, including Free and after cancelling. A smaller plan only limits creating new things.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You can't add more of that thing until you upgrade or make room. Nothing that's live is paused, and you're told when you reach 80%.
Do you offer refunds?
Our refund and cancellation policy explains when a payment can be refunded and how to ask. You'll find it in the footer under Legal.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free for as long as you like and needs no card, so you can try QRiva with real codes before paying anything.
Do you have plans for agencies and large organisations?
Company includes client workspaces, roles and approvals, and white label. If you need more workspaces, custom limits, single sign-on or invoice billing, talk to sales about Enterprise.
