QR codes and links

  • Make a QR code or short link

Use Create (Home, or the top bar on a phone): paste a destination for a short link with a QR code, or pick a type. Dynamic codes can be repointed later without reprinting.

    Open Create
  • Change where a printed code goes

Open the code or its link, change the destination and save — scans go there straight away and the printed QR stays the same. Every change is kept in the history so you can restore an earlier one. Set a backup destination too, used automatically if the main one stops working.

    Open Links
  • Expiry, passwords, scan limits, schedules and A/B tests

In a link's settings you can end it on a date (with an optional follow-on address), protect it with a password, cap the number of scans, schedule when it starts, and split traffic between destinations with a winner shown when it's real.

    Open Links
  • Get print-ready artwork

In a code's design studio, download SVG or EPS (vector), PNG or JPG, a print PDF with bleed and crop marks, or ready-made signs, table tents and sticker sheets. Enter the print width and scanning distance and the studio checks the size; dotted and diamond styles need a little more room. Print the style test sheet to try every style on your phones.

  • Style and brand a code

In a code's design studio, pick a style preset, set colours and a logo, add a frame and save. Every change is test-decoded like a phone camera would. Save a design as a template or start from the Designs library.

  • Use my own domain

Add your domain in Settings → Domains so scans show it instead of ours; DNS and HTTPS are checked regularly. Do this before printing — the printed address can't change later.

    Open Domains
  • Check if a link is safe

Every destination is screened automatically, and a code is blocked if its destination turns malicious. Anyone can check a link at the free /verify tool, and report abuse from any hosted page.

Pages, forms, cards and leads

  • Set everything up for a goal

Start from a goal (Create → Start from a goal): capture leads at an event, collect enquiries, take bookings, share a menu, collect feedback, share your contact or label a product. One short form builds the page, form, QR codes and follow-up together, and undoes everything if a step fails.

    Open Start from a goal
  • Collect details from a scan

Build a form once — questions with conditions, calculations, bookings, uploads, signatures and several languages — and use it on its own address, embedded on your site or inside any page. Each response becomes a lead; the form's Responses tab shows its own submissions.

    Open Forms
  • Make a digital business card

Go to Cards and add a person (or import a spreadsheet). Each card has Save contact, a QR code, an NFC link, an e-mail signature and a meeting background. Company templates lock the logo and look. People who share their details back become leads assigned to the card holder, with their consent recorded.

    Open Cards
  • Follow up on leads

Leads is where every person who sent a form or shared their details lands. Search, filter and save views; set a status (New, Contacted, Qualified, Won, Lost), assign an owner and a follow-up date; merge possible duplicates; import a spreadsheet; export to CSV. Each lead shows the printed code that brought them.

    Open Leads
  • Route leads automatically

Automations run when a lead arrives or changes: add tags, assign to a teammate (in turn), set a follow-up, send a webhook or notify Slack. Each run is logged with what happened and can be retried.

Analytics and campaigns

  • See scans and where people are

Analytics shows scans by day, hour, country, city and device, what people did afterwards (conversions: form responses, saved contacts, shared details, ratings and site conversions) and the funnel from scan to lead. Hours use your workspace time zone. Download a PDF report or share a read-only link.

    Open Analytics
  • My scans are not showing

Usual causes: you're in a different workspace (switch at the top of the sidebar); the period doesn't include the scans; or they were your own — scans from signed-in team members and registered test devices are left out on purpose (Settings → Analytics). Bots and link previews aren't counted.

    Open Analytics settings
  • Compare posters, tables, shelves or areas

Start a campaign: several QR codes, each named after its spot (Top shelf, Table 4) with an optional area, all opening the same destination. The campaign page compares scans, people and conversions per code and says when a difference is real. Placements are managed from Campaigns.

    Open New campaign
  • Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, ads

Add your GA4, Meta, Google Ads or TikTok IDs in Settings → Tracking; they fire on hosted pages, and on a redirect for links with retargeting on. The conversion snippet (Settings → Pixel) credits sales on your own site back to the printed code.

    Open Tracking
  • Get told when something breaks

Home lists what needs attention — broken destinations, failing automations and webhooks, domains, approvals and plan limits — with a button to fix each. Alerts can also go to e-mail or a webhook (Settings → General).

Product passports

  • One code on a product pack

Register a product with its GTIN; the same GS1 Digital Link code serves the till and the shopper. Point each product — even one batch — anywhere, or host a product page. Import many products from a spreadsheet.

  • What QRiva does

QRiva makes dynamic QR codes and short links you can repoint after printing, hosted pages, digital business cards, forms that turn scans into leads, GS1 Digital Link codes for product packs, campaigns that compare placements, and analytics of what people did after scanning. Every destination is screened for safety, and IP addresses are never stored.

  • Plans, billing and invoices

See your plan, usage and invoices in Settings → Billing and Usage. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period. Your codes keep working if you move to a smaller plan.

    Open Billing
  • Add colleagues and set permissions

Invite people in Settings → Team: admins manage everything, editors create and edit, viewers look, clients look and approve. Viewers and clients see leads only if you allow it on the Leads page. Turn on approvals to have pages, forms and destination changes signed off before they go live.

    Open Team
  • Separate clients or brands

Each workspace has its own codes, analytics, team and billing. Switch or create one at the top of the sidebar. Agencies can group client workspaces in an organisation, share read-only reports and hand a workspace over to the client.

    Open Workspaces
  • Sign-in, passkeys and sessions

In Account you can add a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID or a security key), see where you're signed in and sign out other devices.

    Open Account
  • Put our brand on everything

Create a brand kit in Settings → Brand (or pull colours from your website). New codes, pages, forms and cards start in its look, and saving the kit restyles everything that follows it. White label (your logo on reports and pages) is a separate setting.

    Open Brand kits
  • Connect other tools

Create API keys with scopes under Connect → API, and add webhooks that send signed events (retried if your endpoint is down, with an alert if a delivery gives up). Once connected, leads can go to Google Sheets and HubSpot, and follow-ups to your calendar.

    Open Connect
  • Undo a deletion or an edit

Deleted pages, cards and products stay in Trash for 30 days; archived forms stay until you restore them. Pages, forms and cards keep a version history you can restore from.

    Open Trash
  • Light or dark mode

Switch light, auto or dark at the bottom of the sidebar (in the menu on a phone). Auto follows your device.

Privacy, safety and support

  • Privacy and what is stored

No IP addresses are stored. EU-strict mode drops city and visitor details too, and you can set how long events and leads are kept. Forms and cards record the exact consent wording; add your privacy notice link once in Settings → Business details. Export everything whenever you want.

  • Talk to a person or open a ticket

Open a ticket from the help center's contact form, or from Support in the app when you're signed in (it adds your workspace and plan, so you get your plan's response target).
