How it works
Share your link
Every QRiva workspace has its own link, in Settings under Refer a friend. Send it however you like.
Your friend signs up
They create a free account through your link. When they choose a monthly plan, their first month is 50% off.
You get a month free
Once they've paid a full month — their second monthly payment, or the first payment of a yearly plan — a free month goes on your balance and comes off your next bill.

With Starter, our smallest paid plan, billed monthly:
Your friend pays half
Their first month of Starter costs about €2 instead of €3.99. After that, the normal price.
You get a month free
On Starter that's €3.99 off your next bill. A free month is worth your plan's monthly price, up to the price of your friend's plan. Up to 12 months a year.
The rules
- Your friend's 50% discount is on their first monthly payment for Starter, Pro or Company. Yearly plans are already discounted, so it doesn't apply to them, but you still get your free month.
- Your free month is credit on your QRiva balance, added once your friend has paid a full month. It's worth one month of your plan, but never more than one month of your friend's plan. Credit is used on your next bills and has no cash value.
- On the Free plan, your free months wait for you and are added when you choose a paid plan.
- A link counts for new workspaces only: created in the last 30 days, never on a paid plan, and not invited by anyone else. Your link is remembered for 60 days after it's opened.
- You can't refer yourself, your own workspaces or a workspace you're a member of.
- You can earn up to 12 free months in any twelve months.
- We may take back credit given for referrals that break these rules, and we may change or end the programme. Credit you've already earned stays yours.
