- On its own address, which a QR code can point at
- Embedded on your own website
- Inside a hosted page, alongside anything else you put there
Every answer becomes a lead
A submitted form arrives in Leads, with the printed code that brought the person. The form's own Responses tab shows just its submissions.
What needs a bigger plan
File uploads, signatures, bookings and payments in forms start on the Pro plan. The exact limits are on pricing.
