Plans, limits and invoices

What each plan holds, what happens at a limit, and where your invoices are.

Open it in QRiva

Your plan, your usage and your invoices are in Settings → Billing, with the detail of what you have used in Settings → Usage.

The plans

  • Free — 3 dynamic codes, 1 page, 1 form, 1 card, 1 seat, 30 days of analytics
  • Starter, €3.99 a month — 25 codes, 3 pages, 90 days, vector and CSV exports
  • Pro, €9.99 a month — 150 codes, 10 pages, 2 seats, a custom domain, a year of analytics, the API
  • Company, €19.99 a month — 600 codes, 50 pages, 5 seats, 3 domains, two years, white label and approvals
  • Enterprise — priced with you: unlimited codes, SSO and a dedicated contact

Paying yearly costs ten months instead of twelve. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. The full comparison is on pricing.

At a limit

Creating something beyond a limit is refused with an upgrade prompt. Nothing that already exists stops working — including if you move to a smaller paid plan, where your printed codes keep scanning.

If a paid plan ends

When you cancel, or a payment stays unpaid for 14 days, the workspace moves to Free. Everything within the Free plan keeps working for as long as your account exists. Anything beyond it keeps working for 72 more hours, then pauses for 45 days: scans see a neutral resting page, and renewing any paid plan (or choosing what stays live in Settings → Usage) switches it back on. We e-mail the owners 5 days and 24 hours before the plan ends, when it ends, when things pause, and 7 days before anything is deleted.

Changing plan

Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
