A pharmacy in Cluj, in eight questions
A door page with the hours and the night-duty list, product reservations in Romanian and Hungarian, and no health data in any form.

An example of how a business like this could use QRiva — not a customer story.
A neighbourhood pharmacy with a door, a counter and a share of the area's night duty. The questions it would ask before printing anything, answered with what QRiva does.
- What goes on the door?
- A code to a page with the opening hours, the phone number as a call button, a map, and a link to the list of pharmacies on duty that night. When the list moves, the link changes; the door sign doesn't.
- Hosted page
- Romanian and Hungarian?
- Two pages, one in each language, each with a button to the other. The door sign says so in both languages, under one code. Sending each phone to its own language automatically is smart routing, a Pro feature.
- Hosted page
- Can people reserve something that's out of stock?
- A form asks for a name, a phone number, the product and a preferred pick-up day. It switches between Romanian and Hungarian, and the pharmacy gets an e-mail for each reservation.
- Forms
- What about prescriptions and health details?
- They stay at the counter. The form asks for a product name and a phone number, nothing about anyone's health, and it says so above the first question.
- Who calls them back?
- Each reservation is a lead with a status and a follow-up date. The morning digest e-mail lists who is due a call that day.
- Leads
- Which printed code do people scan?
- The door, the counter and the paper bags carry separate codes, each its own placement. Analytics shows which ones are scanned, by day and by time of day.
- Placements
- Is anything about the visitor stored?
- No IP address is ever stored. QRiva derives an approximate city and country, then discards the address; unique devices are counted with an identifier that resets every month.

- Which plan?
- Starter: two pages, one form and a handful of codes. On Free, the door page with its single code already works.
