Do agents still need printed cards?

Each agent has a digital card: photo, phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and the agency's address. It opens from a QR code on the printed card or on the window, and from an NFC sticker you program with the card's NFC link. Saving it to the phone's contacts is one tap.

Can the agency keep the cards consistent?

A company card template locks the logo, cover, website and address. Agents fill in their own name, photo and phone, and can't change the rest.

What happens when an agent leaves?

Offboarding sends their card's address to a page the agency chooses, such as its contact page, so a card a client saved months ago doesn't ring a former employee. It works on every plan.

How does a buyer leave their details?

The card has an exchange button: the person who received the card sends their name and phone back, with consent recorded. The agent gets an e-mail and the contact lands in Leads.

What goes on the 'For sale' sign?

A code to the property's own page: photos, the floor plan as a PDF, a viewing request form and a call button. Each sign is a placement, so the agency sees which street brings scans.

And when the flat is sold?

The sign's link is changed to the agency's other listings nearby. The sign keeps working while it waits to be collected.

Do agents see each other's leads?

Leads can be assigned to an agent, and members can be limited to the leads assigned to them. The morning digest lists each agent's follow-ups due that day.
